: Summary
- Responsible for all tasks assigned under the Unit are settled within reasonable timeframe by adhering to the relevant policy and procedure.
- Responsible for timely delivery of items and services requested.
Duties and Responsibilities
A. PROCUREMENT:
- Secure stakeholders requirement/specification and related budget.
- Identify and establish purchasing strategy, type of procurement and timeline.
- Perform vendor assessment prior to RFQ/Tender exercise.
- Secure approval on list of vendors to be invited for RFQ/Tender;
- Determine estimation of procurement value.
- Propose Tender documentation fee and tender deposit amount;
- Coordinate issuance of RFQ/Tender invitation;
- Coordinate Tender briefing (if any)
- Coordinate RFQ/Tender Opening session;
- Monitor and follow-up Tender technical evaluation process and result;
- Coordinate/organize Tender commercial evaluation session.
- Prepare Tender report.
- Organize negotiation session;
- Monitor and follow-up budget drawdown approval;
- Arrange for relevant committee meeting.
- Process/verify received Purchase Requisition (PR) and prepare Purchase Order/LOA;
- Monitor/follow-up on delivery of goods/services;
- Monitor/follow-up complaint raised by user/stakeholder to resolve the issue.
B. OTHERS:
- Prepare and maintenance of relevant registers and reports.
- Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements;
- Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.
