Champion and Promote Our Flagship Prefab MEP Programme

STAS is looking for an Assistant Manager to be the public face and driving force behind our Prefab MEP engagement initiatives. You will not only organize events but also be responsible for creating the promotional materials and building a vibrant Prefab MEP community.

The Role:

You will own the entire cycle of Prefab MEP engagement from events development and creating the marketing materials to promoting them.

Your role is a blend of programme management and targeted marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme Management & Execution:

Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of key Prefab MEP events, including the flagship Annual Prefab MEP Dinner, IDD Masterclass, and training workshops.

Marketing & Promotion:

Develop and implement the digital marketing plan for the Prefab MEP pillar, including content for EDMs and social media. Marketing Collaterals Preparation: Create, update, and manage all Prefab MEP-specific marketing collaterals. This includes brochures, flyers, presentation decks, posters, and digital banners that promote the accreditation scheme and its events.

Stakeholder & Community Engagement:

Act as a key liaison for the Prefab MEP community, using events and digital channels to build relationships and gather feedback.

Performance Analysis:

Monitor event registration, engagement metrics, and feedback to measure success and guide future initiatives.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
