The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle - covering ideation, development, enhancement, and market launch - primarily for fixed income and bond products. It combines strategic product management with integrated marketing initiatives to ensure products meet client needs, comply with regulatory standards, and achieve strong market positioning. The position also drives & support marketing strategies to enhance client engagement and support business growth, working closely with cross-functional teams and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize the product suite.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Development & Governance
Manage the end-to-end product development process for funds, including market research, feasibility analysis, Investment Committee and Board approvals, and regulatory submissions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product structures meet customer needs and regulatory standards.
Prepare and maintain product documentation including prospectuses, user guides, training materials, fund fact sheets, and marketing collaterals.
Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Conduct and facilitate internal product training to ensure teams are trained knowledgeable and aligned on product features and benefits.
Marketing & Client Engagement
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote products effectively and strengthen brand presence.
Create marketing collaterals (brochures, presentations, product sheets) and craft compelling product messaging tailored to target segments.
Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and client engagement.
Oversee website content and manage online platforms to ensure timely updates and brand consistency.
Lead affiliate marketing initiatives and partnerships to expand reach.
Monitor marketing effectiveness and generate reports on engagement and performance.
Ensure all marketing materials and product-related activities comply with regulatory and industry standards.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) are an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 2-5 years in product development, investment services, or marketing within the Investment/financial services industry.
Exposure to fixed income and bond products preferred.
Skills:
Strong analytical and research skills with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
