Job Description


Responsibility:

1) Managing all sales & marketing activities as assigned by the company.
2) Identify potential customer & develop new business
3) Developing the sales & marketing strategy in line with company objectives and goals
4) Result-oriented sales target to be achieve as per KPI set.
5) Gather market intelligence and apply the knowledge to farther company objectives
6) Maintain effective communications to all stakeholders internally and externally.
7) Prepare sales budget.
8) Monitor product costing & negotiate pricing with customer to make profitable business
9) Ensure on-time delivery / shipment to customers
10) Monitor credit & pricing risks

REQUIREMENT:

1. Having sales & marketing experienced in Copper products (Wire rod business preferred).
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s degree in Science / Engineering / Business Management or any other related field of higher education
3. Minimum 7 years of Sales & Marketing experience managing large clients
4. Experience and understanding of Manufacturing or Productions environments
5. Good leadership/problem solving and communication skills, able to work independently, multi-tasking and team work
6. Ability to represent company independently & effectively to the senior management of target customers
7. Ability to develop new business & acquire new customers
8. Strong customer relationship management skill
9. Able to travel regularly
