Job Description

Assist the Head of Group Company Secretarial in all aspects of secretarial duties and ensuring compliance with Companies Act, Listing Requirements, Malaysia Capital Market & Services Act and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. Active involvement and participation in Board meetings, committee meetings and AGMs/EGMs and timely preparation of minutes of those meetings. Update and maintain all statutory records. Liaise with other departments within the Group, Companies Commission of Malaysia and other relevant Regulators. Any other ad-hoc duties and assignments as may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
