Your priority and main role an assistant manager - Student Affairs & Alumni are to support and administer the day-to-day operation of the Student Affairs & Alumni office together with other colleagues.
To actively engage with our Industry Partners and Alumni's. Build strong relationship and network
Reach out to alumni from different countries and maintain good relations through available platforms.
Organise engagement and networking events for both local and international alumni.
Contribute to the editorial process of the Alumni Newsletter.
Update the Alumni website with event highlights, prominent alumni features, and alumni success stories regularly.
To assist in the enquiries on Co-Op Portal and student's placement from our partners.
To look for new companies and assist the companies to register in our Co-Op Portal.
To handle and manage stakeholders' feedback and complains according to the University's policy.
To assist and guide students on their Co-Op Placements.
To ensure Co-Op enquiries are attended too daily.
To assist at the Employment and Co-Op Placement Centre.
To look for new Premier Co-Op partners and work closely with the faculties to increase new Premier Co-Op partners yearly.
To assist SAA team with the semesterly Orientation programme for new students.
To ensure records and documents related to Co-Op and Alumni are being kept properly for audit purposes.
To undertake the essential administration of Student Affairs & Alumni and to provide relevant support to students within the unit's framework.
To assist other departments within Student Affairs & Alumni with Accommodation, PTPTN, Alumni and other responsibilities within the Student Affairs & Alumni department.
You shall assist UCSI University & the Group whenever relevant and needed.
You shall be station at the UCSI One-Stop centre according to the schedule.
You shall perform all other duties that may be assigned to you by your supervisor from time to time.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
