REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA). Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in costing and financial analysis, or management accounting. Strong technical knowledge with proven analytical, problem-solving, and cost analysis capabilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools, with the ability to present data effectively through charts, graphs, and reports. Solid expertise in inventory management, variance analysis, and cost tracking. Able to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong communication skills, customer engagement, and a continuous improvement mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Head of Department in developing costing strategies, annual budgets, and financial improvement plans. Supervise and guide the Costing team in daily operations to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Analyse program profitability, cost variances, and performance trends; provide insights to support management decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Pricing fnancial modelling department on cost modelling, contract repricing, and cost-saving initiatives. Enhance internal controls related to costing, inventory, and financial reporting to ensure data integrity and audit readiness. Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and presentations for strategic review and budget evaluation. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and safety consciousness.
