To market industrial hire purchase product and leasing facilities to a diverse range of SMEs customers and new prospects.
To lead, train and coach a team of credit and marketing.
To ensure policies and procedures of the company are followed correctly to avoid risk; and also ensure that the credibility of the company is upheld by enforcing professional standard of operation in team.
To setup action plan to develop and implement marketing strategies.
To develop and maintain good business relationship with existing and prospective customers and suppliers.
To achieve individual and team\'s key performance indicator (KPI) assigned by Company.
To conduct ongoing review on existing SME customers and assist in collections whenever required.
To work closely with various internal departments to ensure a smooth process in delivery the necessary deliverables to customers.
Assist superior with projects as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s Degree holder in Commerce, Marketing, Economic, Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in business development and marketing of leasing facilities and industrial hire purchase, customer service and dealer referral business or other related fields, have face-to-face interaction experience with customer and dealer is a must.
Strong knowledge in customer service and experience in handling SME customers\xe2\x80\x99 / dealers\xe2\x80\x99 complaints.
Able to cultivate marketing potentials and develop new products.
In-depth experience in executing and monitoring marketing activities.
Possess excellent interpersonal, communication skills for effective customer communications and report writing skills.
Self-motivated to constantly over-achieve the targets set, versatile and able to work in face-paced environment.
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Salary Range: RM5k \xe2\x80\x93 RM7k
