Role Overview



The Assistant Manager - Customer Experience & Operations plays a key role in strengthening client satisfaction and ensuring smooth logistics operations. You will support the Customer Service Manager in daily service management, act as a critical bridge between clients and internal departments, and ensure that all shipments are handled efficiently and accurately. This role requires a customer-centric mindset, operational awareness, and the ability to manage expectations in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities



Assist the Customer Service Manager in managing day-to-day customer service and logistics operational activities. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, shipment updates, and service issues. Liaise closely with internal teams--Operations, Sales, and Customs--to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient service delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their logistics needs and ensuring service satisfaction. Support the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives and performance monitoring processes. Prepare customer service reports and assist in staff coaching, mentoring, or training when required.

Requirements



Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or customer service. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Able to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage client expectations under pressure. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Remuneration & Benefits



Basic Salary:

RM 4,500 to RM 5,000

Statutory Contributions:

EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Working Hours



Monday-Friday:

8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Saturdays:

9:00 AM - 12:30 PM (alternate Saturday after probation ends)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
