Global Service & Parts (GSP) is responsible for the worldwide Service & Parts business of the Mercedes-Benz Group.

The newly established entity, Mercedes-Benz Parts Logistics Asia Pacific, will be part of the global Mercedes-Benz Group After-Sales supply chain network, covering the regional distribution hub, regional Asia Pacific functions and the center of competence supply chain steering Asia Pacific. The future Regional Logistics Centre is currently under construction and will start operations in 2023. The future Regional Logistics Centre (RLC) in Senai (Johor Bahru) will be a key facility in the global GSP Parts Logistics Network and will serve as a distribution site for spare parts to 24 countries in the Asia Pacific region. It will take care of the importation, the storage as well as the regional management of spare part and accessories distribution.

Your tasks & responsibilities:

• Identify vulnerabilities and risks in business processes and systems and assess their potential impact to the organization.

• Coordinate, prioritize, and oversee the implementation of security measures to address weaknesses and mitigate risks.

• Develop and execute IT/OT Security Plans across our plant locations, ensuring the protection of both information technology and operational technology environments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures seamlessly into existing processes and systems.

• Stay updated on the latest developments and emerging threats in the field of IT Security to proactively address potential risks.

• Provide support for the global rollout of the IT/OT Security Program across all GSP/O Warehouses.

• Empower team members to become technical experts in cyber security through training and personal development initiatives.

• Lead the rollout of the SITS program and role-based trainings within the plant.

• Support the establishment and maintenance of asset management practices to ensure a comprehensive view of organizational assets.

• Document identified risks in the central risk management solution for tracking and resolution.

• Ensure proper protection of OT assets through the implementation and management of firewalls and network security measures.

• Perform cyber security checks on critical OT components and technologies to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.

• Document and communicate backup and recovery processes for critical systems and data.

• University Degree with more than 5 years in Experience in Network, IT Security.

• Understanding of regulations and security standards (NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443).

• Strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written).

• High analytical, conceptual, and communicative competence.

• Interpersonal skills to communicate with a wide range of individuals and teams.

• Desire to gain multinational experience by travelling occasionally.

• Desire to work in Security domain.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages (e.g., German) appreciated.

• Good Knowledge of Network and network devices is an advantage.

• Basic Knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems is plus.
