Role Purpose


Responsible for coordinating digital training programs including preparing budgets, billing, scheduling and maintaining the digital and innovation learning training program, and managing customer relationships.

Key Accountability

  • Plan, administer and coordinate with the relevant departments/BUs on training schedules, Instructors/Associate Instructors availability, classroom & equipment availabilities and Students welfare and disciplinary matters.
  • Manage all aspects of the department training services including planning, design and evaluation in liaison with internal Business Units, government regulatory bodies, online learning partners or employers to ensure adherence of training KPI
  • Perform as Training Coordinator to meet facilities and services need of internal and external customers
  • Manage class LMS system, liaising with customers-registrations, confirm bookings and manage cancellations/changes
  • Maintain, review and update Digital School Courses in Training Management system.
  • Schedule and publish courses in Training Management System and other platform
  • To coordinate with Instructors, maintain all training documents/records proper, accurate and consistent for QMS including audit purposes (Manuals, Instructor\'s Guide, Exam bank, QMS, Meeting minutes, Training Records etc)
  • Accountable in managing a centralized qualifications and training records of the department that includes all associate Trainers.
  • Implement a work processe in tracking and validating the Instructors\'s tasks in ensuring smooth operations
  • Responsible for reviewing, updating and/or recommending procedures and processes of Department Training services and other areas if required.
  • Manage weekly metrics, audit training data weekly and prepare periodical reporting.
  • Conduct Digital & Innovation Learning related courses.
  • Ensure that training materials are prepared and delivered in accordance with established standards and procedures
  • Maintain records of all training activities, including participant attendance and feedback
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital training programs, making recommendations for improvement where necessary.
  • Collate and review post training /services feedback to ensure services provided as per the defines standard and SLAs.
  • Provide reports and updates to the Manager, Consultancy & Training Services as required
  • Prepare and monitor annual budget for Digital & Innovation Learning and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Undertake financial consolidation and reporting for the department, verify expenses and claims and submit for approval in a timely manner
  • Perform sourcing and manage payment for the department using necessary tools or system i.e. SAP and procurement form
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that digital training programs meet the needs of the organization and its customers

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field
  • Possess HRDC Accreditation/ Certified Trainer \xe2\x80\xa2 Other Digital Training or Microsoft Office Courses i.e. Power BI, 0365 suite
  • At least 5 years\' experience as customer experience specialist, or digital transformation or a similar customer support role.
  • 2+ years of experience in a digital learning or training coordination role

Areas of Experience

  • Experienced in stakeholder management, developing training materials, managing budgets and billing with knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tool
