Plan and execute marketing communication initiatives in line with the University's overall marketing strategies.
Work closely with the student recruitment team to ensure consistent and accurate representation of the University brand across all communications and publications.
Lead the design and implementation of digital marketing campaigns with clearly defined objectives.
Develop and deliver the University's annual strategic marketing and communications plan across multiple channels (online and offline), focusing on both domestic and international student recruitment.
Track and evaluate campaign performance, providing timely reports and actionable insights.
Conduct market trend analysis and deliver strategic recommendations, identifying growth opportunities through a strong understanding of consumer behavior in local and global markets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field from a recognized institution.
3-5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity leading a team.
Proven experience in marketing and consumer branding, with direct involvement in managing media and creative agencies, as well as addressing related challenges and strategies.
Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
