Requirement

  • Diploma / Min 1 Years Managerial experience
  • Retail and Hospitality Industry (F&B experience will be an advantage)
  • Have strong Leadership & Management skill
  • Excellent in Customer Service
  • Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Must be able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Salary : Up to RM2,700

Tanggungjawab

  • To assist restaurant manager to meet all operations KPIs in the respective store
  • Ensuring shift is properly staffed and ready to handle business volume
  • To provide coaching to team members on their day-to-day operations
li>To always maintain effective communication * To assist in active recruiting plan when necessary
  • To achieve company service goals and service targets during the shift
  • To uphold Domino\'s Pizza\'s policies and standards
  • To handle all customer complaints and resolved it in a timely manner
  • To assist restaurant manager on their weekly administrative paperwork as and when needed
