Requirement
- Diploma / Min 1 Years Managerial experience
- Retail and Hospitality Industry (F&B experience will be an advantage)
- Have strong Leadership & Management skill
- Excellent in Customer Service
- Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Must be able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- To assist restaurant manager to meet all operations KPIs in the respective store
- Ensuring shift is properly staffed and ready to handle business volume
- To provide coaching to team members on their day-to-day operations
To always maintain effective communication * To assist in active recruiting plan when necessary
- To achieve company service goals and service targets during the shift
- To uphold Dominos Pizzas policies and standards
- To handle all customer complaints and resolved it in a timely manner
- To assist restaurant manager on their weekly administrative paperwork as and when needed
