Job Description


Summary:

In this role, candidate expected to drive effective inventory management, Online availability of stock, vendor relationships, operational and supply-chain excellence. The individual should be a champion of automation and is expected to take data driven decisions. Candidate should be able to do root cause analysis to recommend process improvements

Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management

  • Chaired monthly performance review with external E-commerce platform team to review KPIs (ATP, SOT, OTD, Inventory Days & Quality)
  • Will be involved in negotiation of operational changes with customers in partnership with Key Account Manager to drive supply chain improvements
Stocks Replenishment, Stocks In Trade & Inventory Reconciliation
  • Plan, setup and prepare stock replenishment and proposal
  • Deliver maximum product availability in the category ensuing healthy inventory level and optimal supply chain set-up for the customers
  • Manage catalogue, align with Customers and Commercial teams, and contribute to its rationalization
  • Work closely with the Customer leadership and our Commercial teams to plan availability of Promotions and launches, and for campaigns & events
  • Prepare and analyze supply chain metrics to improve efficiency of our inventory position, including management of slow moving and obsoletes
  • Stock reconciliation between OMS & WMS; and OMS & SAP, action, and follow-up
  • Support the e-reconciliation team on order, stock and billing gaps.
Physical Distribution & Cost
  • Work closely with Customer leadership and/or operations senior leaders on strategies to reduce cost, lead time, and waste across the end-to-end supply chain
  • PD Cost Optimization - Review cost performance and optimize e-operation tasks to increase cost efficiency
Projects & Improvement
  • Lead E-com Supply Chain transformation projects with related zone Supply Chain Experts, and Business function Experts (in Digital and Commercial teams)
  • To create long-term category solutions that automate or simplify category processes - Identify opportunities to enhance relationships with key or strategic customers
  • Analyze the Order to Cash Execution metrics for the Customers to improve efficiency of our order execution process
  • Budget/Trend and Project Management relevant to e-operations, with the support of KASC Manager
Key Competencies:
  • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including order to cash
  • The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a high level of proactiveness, flexibility and commitment to anticipate issues and solve for it
  • Candidate needs to be the face of supply chain team for the accounts he/she is handling and be able to take decisions in consultation with the leadership of the division/function
  • Possesses strong analytical and numerical skills with strong experience of Excel & SAP background
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in supply chain operations related (demand, supply planning, etc)
  • At least 2+ years proven experience, ideally in either in a multinational / FMCG / e-commerce / Retail & beauty company
  • Good presentation and communication ability
  • Able to liaise with all level of people internally and externally
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
