-Degree qualification in Tourism Management/ Hospitality or Business Management
-Confidence in speaking, reading and writing English skills essential.
-Minimum 3 years experiences in supervising within a theme park ticketing environment required.
-Previous theme park, water park, F.E.C. or museums experience an advantage.
-Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite of software is essential.:style="margin-bottom:11.0px"-
-Provide managerial and administrative support and assistance to the Entry Operations Manager.
-Act as duty manager in the absence of the Entry Operations Manager.
-Ensure sustainable operational readiness of all ticketing points of sale, information points and ticketing related services provide the Guests a world-class friendly and efficient ticketing and excellent guest services experience.
-Uphold integrity by enforcing all proper cash handling practices and point of sale procedures in order to contribute to the success of the organization.
-Manage the administration of the ticketing system, liaise with supplier and ensure all team members are competent in its use.
-Assist in producing a daily status report of admissions and make available to operational stakeholders.
-Assist in the development and implementation of SOP\'s for the productive, efficient and friendly operations.
-Assist in the delivery of the on-the-job training programs of crew members.
-Conduct briefings and meetings and pass on all relevant information to crew members.
-Maintain a positive relationship with all departments working particularly close with Marketing & Sales for discount and group related sales.
-Assist in coordinating any front gate and pricing signage ensuring they are accurately and efficiently maintained.
-Provide ticketing and admissions support for special events on a need\xe2\x80\x99s basis.
