Job Vacancy: Assistant Manager, Finance
Location: Bintulu, Sarawak
Salary: RM8,000 - RM11,000
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager, Finance to lead our Finance Department and support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a small finance team, including a Senior Finance Executive and 4 support staff. t t * t
Ensure accurate and timely financial and management reporting in compliance with accounting standards. t t * t
Prepare budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and statutory accounts. t t * t
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and foreign exchange exposure. t t * t
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions. t t * t
Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders. t t * t
Implement internal controls, corporate governance processes, and process improvements. t t * t
Support procurement processes, vendor approvals, and business unit tenders. t t * t
Assist management in pricing policy formulation and value creation initiatives. t
Requirements:

Degree in Accounting / Finance (ACCA/CPA/MICPA an advantage). t t * t
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting/auditing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. t t * t
Strong knowledge of statutory accounting, management accounting, and treasury functions. t t * t
Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise, train, and develop team members. t t * t
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. t t * t
Proficiency in SAP and strong analytical skills. t
