Job Description

- Coordinator & preparer of Annual Budget process including preparation of budget templates, compilation & consolidation of budget submissions from other teams and validation & analysis of submitted Budget numbers.
- Work closely with Cost Management team on Cost Allocation process, especially during Annual Budget.
- Coordinator & preparer for Quarterly Full Year Forecast (FYF) exercise including updating of actual figures to forecast file on monthly basis, preparation of forecast templates, compilation & consolidation of forecast submissions from other teams, validation & analysis of submitted forecast numbers.
- Preparation of bi monthly Flash reporting which includes coordination & analysis of Loans & Deposit projections.
- Assist to prepare relevant QSBM financial slides for Annual Budget & Quarterly FYF.
- Assist with budget and projection of financial information required for RWCR Projections, ICAAP Budgeting and BNM Stress Testing as necessary.
- Assist in running the Fund Transfer Pricing system and preparation of Fund Transfer Pricing monthly report for each business.
- Assist in the Finance Automation project as necessary.
- Assist with any ad-hoc assignments from the management on business performance analytics.
