Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the execution of all work related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Anti Bribery & Corruption (ABC) and Fraud as set out in the relevant policies of the company and more specifically as provided below.

2. Perform AML functions on an on-going basis, including:

KYC review on new and existing customers in accordance to the Company\xe2\x80\x99s policy;

Perform transaction monitoring

Detection / reporting of suspicious transactions and activities.

Conduct AML monitoring and review work

Assist in the performance of AML risk assessment.

Review alerts flagged out by the relevant screening system to determine whether it is a true / false hit.

3. Perform ABC functions on an ongoing basis, including:

Assist to maintain and monitor the G&H register to ascertain that the G&H received or given are in line with the G&H policy and are properly approved or pre-approved as required.

Assist in the review of the Gifts and Hospitality Register to ensure completeness.

Conduct sample review of entertainment/hospitality/gift claims approved by the Finance Department and ascertain if these have been recorded in the Gift and Entertainment Register; and

Conduct a trend analysis to determine any ground of suspicion on the gifts and hospitality, including entertainment accepted or given by the Company.

Assist with ABC training.

4. Perform fraud functions on an ongoing basis, including

Assist in collating fraud incident and reporting to internal stakeholders.

Assist in recording and tracking of fraud incident.

Assist in reporting all fraud cases if any by the designated submission deadline.

5. Conduct research via available Bank systems and commercial databases as well as the Internet.

6. Assist in the monitoring of regulatory and market developments relating to Financial Crime.

7. Assist in the review and updates to the relevant Financial Crime policies and procedures (which includes gap analysis).

8. Assist with the relevant Financial Crime training

9. Interface with relevant business units and Head Office with regards to monitoring, reporting and reviewing work as well as projects

10. Assist in all other relevant work related to Financial Crime as assigned by the Head of Financial Crime

Experience/ Qualifications:

University graduate and have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Anti Money Laundering.

Experience in Asset Management will be an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues, team and external parties of all levels.
