The person in this role will manage and work with a international agencies for international recruitment recruiting to HWUM.
The person in this role must be willing to travel and be flexible in his/ her working hours and will work in close collaboration with the Manager, Student Recruitment and Outreach.

This person must have strong analytic skills and market intelligence. Good knowledge of School engagement, Agent engagements and international agent engagement.

This role reports to the Manager, Student Recruitment and Outreach and will be based at the University\'s campus in Putrajaya, the administrative capital of Malaysia.

Key Duties and Responsibilities * Lead, monitor and measure recruitment performance of the International Recruitment Agencies and ensure targets are met for the various intakes.

  • Develop high-profile presence with International agent network and deliver high-quality engagement plan through social media, visits (virtual and in person when possible) and other channels.
  • Develop, appoint & manage the performance of recruitment agents in overseas for the recruitment of students to HWUM.
  • Work together with Regional representative for recruitment to Malaysia.
  • Using CRM as a tool for monitoring events, tagging and agent management and leads management.
  • Keep abreast of developments in the education industry and explore potential opportunities including new markets.
  • Working together with academics to create exciting nurturing programmes for virtual workshop for agents
  • To also support the recruitment of Domestic/ International students to HWUM as well as part of possible opportunities involved with general student recruitment.
  • Manage budget for international events and achieving ROI through student enrolment vs expenditure
  • Organize agent award ceremony and Agent conference

Person Specification

Education & Qualifications

Essential:
  • Must have a degree - preferably in marketing , communications, business, administration or relevant professional qualifications.
Experience

Essential:
  • A minimum of 5 years\' experience in a student recruitment environment or other industry will be considered.
  • Experience of managing other people to deliver effective and efficient recruitment strategies.
  • Experience in managing Schools and agent engagement. Domestic and international market.
Desirable:
  • A minimum of 3 - 5 years\' experience in sales, territorial management can be considered
Competencies, Skills & Knowledge

Essential:
  • Demonstrable and well-developed inter-personal skills, comfortable interacting directly with agents, school counsellors and potential students.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, at a professional level suitable for dealing with complex enquiries.
  • Excellent organization and interpersonal skills, proven track record in building relationships with clients and supplies.
  • Able to manage self and others to deliver effective and efficient professional services.
  • Be flexible, proactive, detail-oriented and motivated.
  • Must be able to thrive in high pressure situations and with tight deadlines.
  • Able to present a professional image with a broad range of people from applicants and their influencers to senior managers and stakeholders
  • Able to speak Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
