Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and other languages.
  • Familiarity with hotel systems and standard operating procedures is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day operations across key departments.
  • Manage guest relations and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality, cleanliness, and service standards.
  • Support training, coaching, and development of staff.
  • Submit accurate monthly operational reports to management.
  • Communicate effectively with all departments regarding hotel matters, emergencies, and updates.
Additional Duties:
  • Assist with ongoing hotel projects and preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain hotel safe procedures and uphold security standards.
  • Take on tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.
