Our team consists of passionate individuals who are motivated and energized by the fact that we exist to make a change - have a societal impact in Southeast Asia. The overall Sales Planning team works closely with country commercial leaders, sales teams, marketing teams and product teams to ensure maximum impact for our businesses.The Role:We are looking for a hands-on and operationally resilient Assistant Manager to support overall planning for GrabForBusiness. The role is a balance of analytics, execution and stakeholder management, piloting strategic initiatives in collaboration with various teams across operations, enablement, commercial, self-serve, marketing, and product. To perform this role well, the candidate needs to have strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to create and follow processes, and a track record of exceeding expectations.Day-to-Day Activities:

• Provide analytical recommendations based on clear issue framing, systems-level thinking and rigorous analyses
• Lead the development of experimental business opportunities including development of baseline capabilities, definition of the parameters of success and ensuring smooth transition to operations
• Support on department-level strategy and facilitate cross-pollination of best practices
• Communicate vision to stakeholders to bring plans into operational reality

QualificationsMust-haves:

• At least 3-4 years experience in a fast-paced environment, in a strategy/operations/customer-facing or related role
• Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, engineering, or related fields
• Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses to a wide range of audiences, and translating these to actionable business insights
• Superb presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills, demonstrated by capability to synthesize a large amount of information into a clear message
• Customer focused, and results-oriented in all aspects of planning and delivery
• High-performing and adaptable in a semi-structured environment
• Ability to look beyond individual issues to identify broader themes with wider-reaching impact
• Passionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets

• Experience at a tech software company
• SQL will be an advantage
