Grab For Business is Grab's B2B SaaS platform, streamlining transport, food, and delivery services for businesses of all sizes across Southeast Asia. The team is driven by purpose and impact, collaborating closely with commercial, sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver meaningful results for clients.
Get to Know the Role

• Grab For Business is looking for an Assistant Manager, Planning & Projects to support strategy, planning and program management across 8 Southeast Asian markets.
• You will report to the Senior Manager, GFB Planning & Projects and are based onsite in Ho Chi Minh City.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will lead strategic planning:

• Ensure a well-coordinated strategy, including clear assessment on where the business stands and where you think it should be in the future.
• Establish systematic plans to realise strategy, including defining clear goals (e.g. $ GMV) and what are the programs and projects needed to be executed to achieve these goals.
• Program-manage / project-manage, including managing cross-functional teams, until goals are achieved.
• You will collaborate with your Product counterpart to leverage Product to achieve your goals:

• Discovery:

• Identify target customer segments (who to build for), gather user requirements (what to build)
• Conduct impact sizing and prioritization.
• Design and execute proofs-of-concept as needed.
• Determine roadmap sequence and launch timings.
• Delivery:

• Lead go-to-market operationalization of new business opportunities.

Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a strategy, business analysis, or similar-type role.
• You have proficiency in SQL.
• You have strong analytical and organisational skill i.e. able to define a clear strategy to achieve a business objective, develop a plan to systematically realise the strategy, and program-manage the plan to fruition.
• You have strong communication skill i.e. able to synthesise large amount of information into clear messages to driven decision-making and securing stakeholder support.
