Increase our wallet s with the existing treasury customers. Increase treasury products breadth with the customers. Pricing and structuring both asset and liability solutions across all asset classes and also hybrid. Organizing client events - seminars, trainings, appreciation luncheon/dinner etc. Managerial Formulating business plan and strategies for the region/portfolio assigned. Tracking of run rate and pipeline deals. To coach and manage the junior dealers. Organizational Work with the BCB division on account plan for major clients. Give training on Treasury solutions or products to the BCB and Trade counterparts. Guide BCB counterparts on procedures and documentations for treasury related facilities and deals. Work on Structured Financing opportunity with BCB.
