Investigate Incidents: Conduct thorough investigations of accidents or near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Liaise with Authorities: Maintain effective communication with regulatory bodies and ensure timely reporting of HSE statistics and compliance matters.
Promote Safety Culture: Foster a culture of safety awareness and environmental responsibility throughout the organization.
Prepare Reports: Generate detailed HSE reports and documentation for management review and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of vice (5) years of experience in HSE roles within the civil engineering industry, with a focus on road and bridge construction and maintenance.
In-depth knowledge of Malaysian HSE regulations and industry best practices.
Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
