To assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring HR strategies and policies.
To manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
To maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HRIS database.
To prepare payroll report, checking attendance and leave records.
Administer employee benefits, claims, and insurance matters.
To handle disciplinary matters, grievances, counselling, and warning letters.
To coordinate training & development programs including TNA (Training Needs Analysis).
To support performance appraisal processes and KPI tracking.
To monitor employee probation, confirmation, resignation, and exit interviews.
To ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.)
To organize company events, staff engagement activities, and meetings if necessary
Administration
To oversee office administration functions such as office supplies, utilities, and equipment maintenance.
To support ISO documentation and audits (if applicable).
To prepare administration works such as quotation, proposal, work order.
Requirements:-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
Able to work under minimum supervision
Good management and communication skills
Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft or WBS Office
Discreet with sensitive information and strong attention to detail.
Available to start within 1 Month
Based near or willing to work in Puchong
