Our client, a leading property investment company, is currently looking for an Assistant Manager to join their Human Capital Management department. Key Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement human capital strategies aligned with business objectives.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare HR proposals and management papers for approval.

\xc2\xb7 Lead Human Capital Committee meetings.

\xc2\xb7 Process payroll and maintain employee database.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare monthly payroll reports and ensure accurate remittance of statutory payments.

\xc2\xb7 Design and implement compensation and benefit programs to attract and retain top talent.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct market research on compensation and benefits trends.

\xc2\xb7 Continuously improve recruitment processes and manage the end-to-end hiring process.

\xc2\xb7 Promote employer brand through various channels.

\xc2\xb7 Manage the annual performance management cycle and analyze performance data.

\xc2\xb7 Address employee relations issues and maintain a high level of employee satisfaction.

\xc2\xb7 Review and enhance HR policies to advocate best practices.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

\xc2\xb7 Handle industrial relations activities and grievances.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in preparing HR reports and documents for submission.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain an organized filing and record-keeping system.

Person Specifications:

\xc2\xb7 Minimum qualification of a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Studies, or equivalent.

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in all aspects of HR management.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

\xc2\xb7 Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in English with strong analytical abilities.

\xc2\xb7 Diplomatic, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality.

\xc2\xb7 At least 4-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in HR.

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel.

\xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of labor legislation, including the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, EPF Act, and Socso Act.
