Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager in Human Resources. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process, employee relations, performance management, and HR administrative matters. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining records in line with company policy. This role is located in Shah Alam, Malaysia. Qualifications Experience in the full recruitment and selection process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing and selection Experience in employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolution Experience in performance management, including performance improvement plans and goal setting Payroll process and management Strong administrative skills and proficiency in HR information systems Ability to maintain HR records in accordance with company policy and relevant regulations Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in English and local languages Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization Experience in the logistics or warehousing industry would be beneficial Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
