To assist and responsible for all Industrial Relations activities for the company, including handling all matters related to disciplinary actions, grievances, counselling, staff misconduct advising and guiding management on the best practices employer and employee relations including all relevant employment laws
Handle union issues including participation in meetings, organizing and participating in the collective bargaining with the most effective manner for the employees and employers
Maintaining positive working relationships with both management, union and employees to promote and maintain harmonious Labor and Employee Relations
Responsible for handling of local & foreign workers day-to-day welfare which include but not limited to resolving / providing updates on their compensations & benefits, hostels / accommodation, transportation, canteen / cafeteria, events, sports activities, health and safety issues
Managing HR operational activities, such as onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, payroll processing, and benefits administration for direct employees
Collaborating with HR team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services to the organization
Your profile
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x98s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
At least 5 years of working experience in related field
Possess high degree of responsibility and commitment, highly independent, self-motivated, resourceful, good team player and result-oriented
Possess strong people\xe2\x80\x98s skill to communicate and work with all levels of personnel of different cultures
Proactive with strong organizational skills and excellent attention to details
Have a good command in English, both written and oral
Well verse with Malaysian Labour Law and related statutory requirements
Able to work with minimal supervision
