Key Responsibilities:IT Project Management
1. Project Planning & Coordination:
o Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
o Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
2. Execution & Monitoring:
o Oversee project implementation, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timelines.
o Track progress, resolve issues, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
3. Risk Management:
o Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
o Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.
4. Collaboration:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, vendors, and end-users.
o Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
IT Support Management
1. Team Leadership:
o Supervise the IT support team, providing guidance and training as needed.
o Manage schedules, allocate tasks, and ensure timely resolution of support.
2. System & Infrastructure Maintenance:
o Oversee routine maintenance and upgrades of IT systems, hardware, and software.
o Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of system issues.
o Manage system reporting and development requirements
3. User Support:
o Oversee IT helpdesk operations, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution, including after-hours support
4. Performance Monitoring:
o Analyse support metrics to identify trends and improve service delivery.
o Implement strategies to enhance end-user satisfaction and support efficiency.
Strategic Contributions
1. Technology Advancement:
o Research and recommend new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
o Participate in the development of IT policies and best practices.
2. Budget Management:
o Assist in preparing and managing the IT budget for projects and support operations.
o Evaluate cost-effective solutions for IT needs.
3. Compliance & Security:
o Ensure IT operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
o Oversee data security measures to safeguard organizational assets.
Qualifications:Education & Experience:
IT background certificate(s) with minimum 3 years experiences in IT related fields.
Skills:
Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and support processes.
Proficient in time management.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
