The Assistant Manager (Retail Operations) will oversee the retail performance and operations of Maven Perfume outlets across the region. This role is instrumental in supporting regional sales, improving operational e?ciency, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring workforce readiness. Working closely with Area Executives and Store Managers, the Assistant Manager will help drive sales strategies, ensure stock optimization, and maintain brand consistency and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1.Regional Sales Management
- Support achievement of regional sales targets and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and take corrective actions.
- Provide strategic insights based on sales data trends.
- Coordinate with Area Executives for sales execution and customer satisfaction.
- Lead local promotional activities and seasonal campaign execution.
2. Retail Operations Oversight
- Ensure adherence to operational standards across outlets.
- Enforce consistency in store layouts, product displays, and customer experience.
- Monitor compliance with safety, security, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate stock management and inventory turnover
3. Sta? Management & Training
- Supervise and guide store managers and retail sta?.
- Conduct regular store visits and performance evaluations.
- Identify and close training gaps.
- Support hiring and onboarding within the region.
4. Customer Experience & Service Excellence
- Maintain high service standards across all outlets.
- Handle escalated complaints and ensure timely resolutions.
- Champion service improvement strategies.
5. Inventory and Stock Control
- Oversee optimal stock levels across outlets.
- Conduct periodic stock audits.
- Coordinate logistics with vendors and warehouse.
6. Reporting and Administrative Duties
- Prepare monthly sales, inventory, and performance reports.
- Monitor KPIs and report performance to management.
- Assist in budget planning and compliance.
7. Regional Strategy Implementation
- Participate in strategic planning for regional growth.
- Provide insights on market trends and competitor analysis.
Experienced Required
1. Minimum 5 years' experience in retail sales or operations.
2. Experience managing multiple retail outlets.
3. Prior leadership experience in managing teams across di?erent locations.
4. Experience in data-driven sales strategy and customer service improvement.
