Key Responsibilities:
Ensure consistent execution of GoPizza's food quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer experience.
Manage stock levels and supplier relationships to ensure smooth operations.
Achieve sales targets and control costs to maximize store profitability.
Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues to maintain brand reputation.
Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.
Report regularly to Operation Manager on performance metrics, staff development, and operational issues.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail or food service management role
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong understanding of inventory control, scheduling, and cost management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Passionate about customer service and operational excellence.
Familiarity with technology and POS systems; experience with smart kitchen tools is a plus.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
