Job Description


Working Days & Hours:

  • Working Hours: From 11:30 am to 11:00 pm
  • Work Days: Monday to Sunday (8 working hours per day)
  • 1 week 1 off day (weekly off day will be assigned or can be requested in advance)
  • Morning shift: 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM
  • Night shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Requirement:
  • Minimum SPM
  • Can communicate in English (required) and Mandarin
Job Scopes:
  • Resolving complaints
  • Continued learning of the company's products
  • Processing orders and returns
  • Generate sales leads
  • Fulfilling customer requests

  • Salary Range: RM 1800 to RM 2500
