- Assist the manager in day-to-day operations and decision-making
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure excellent customer service
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Resolve client complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve targets Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic math for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Multilingual skills are a plus
