Key Responsibilities

1.Laboratory Operations Management:

Supervise daily operations of the advanced chip verification and testing laboratory. Ensure all testing procedures comply with safety and quality standards. Manage laboratory equipment requirements, calibration, and maintenance.

2.Project & R&D Implementation:

Assist in planning and monitoring IC-related research projects. Support collaboration with researchers, vendors, and industry clients. Prepare project progress reports for the Division Head.

3.Data Management & Reporting:

Prepare laboratory operational reports and KPI performance summaries. Provide technical analysis to support strategic decision-making. Maintain laboratory documentation and safety audit records.

4.Stakeholder Engagement:

Liaise with government agencies, universities, and technology industries. Support official visits, audits, and laboratory evaluation sessions. Represent the laboratory at seminars, conferences, and technology exhibitions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the semiconductor/R&D field, including experience in managing technical teams. In-depth knowledge of semiconductor chip verification, testing, and quality processes. Strong leadership, communication, and laboratory operations management skills.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
