Tasks/Aufgaben Key Responsibilities: Maintain and extension of accreditation by Department Standard of Malaysia Manage, supervise and support a team of Engineers to conduct testing and evaluation of the products. Overall responsibility for lab operations inclusive of lab planning, delivery of test results, day-today smooth running of operations Design and set up text fixtures and equipment for test method standards and customized test procedures Review test standards and specifications as well as prepare test reports Provide technical expertise and collaboration with clients, vendors and staff to resolve engineering issues or testing requirements Coordinate with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of various laboratories and their facilities Create and maintain an atmosphere in which lab personnel willingly produce at maximum capacity Timely review KPIs with the subordinates and coaching Other task relevant to the bussiness unit Qualifications/Qualifikationen Key Requirements: Bachelor s Degree in Engineeringor equivalent discipline. Minimum 4 years of working experience preferably in construction or testing industries Knowledgable in laboratory compliance with ISO/ IEC 17025 and other related test compliance stated in the test standards Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication skills Excellent analytical and people management skills Meticulous, resourceful and fast learner 139406
