DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Responsible to effectively plan and deploy the Talent Management and Learning & Development strategies, initiaves and activities to GSB and its operating entities. To assess org-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives. To identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees. Actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance. To build technical and functional competencies of the organization. To identify and prepare employees for key leadership and critical roles within an organization.

Job Requirement :

  • Identify training and development needs within an organization through organization key strategies, job analysis, appraisal process, regular engagement with the People Managers
  • Manage and monitor the execution of the set training plans, identify variables, and amend/revise training programs as necessary to adapt to the changes in the work environment and/ or business requirements.
  • Design and expand training and development programs based on both the organization and the individual\xe2\x80\x99s needs; assess talents and leaders for critical roles in the organization ; report readiness of talents
  • Manage the delivery of training and development programs; analyze the learning effectiveness and provide recommendation for continuous improvement
  • Conduct in-house training and monitor outsource training programs; facilitate learning solutions by using various learning methods including individual coaching, job attachment, projects, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshops.
  • Consider the costs and monitor the training budget; manage HRD Corp related claims and report; and ensure the return of investment
  • Co-ordinate the Induction Process and take responsibility for the overall delivery - using other key business presenters as appropriate. Review and evaluate the effectiveness of the Induction Process on an ongoing basis.
  • Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
  • Drive the adoption of Learning Management System; review learning analytics ; prepare Learning Dashboard to Top Management
  • Work in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, such as line managers, and senior management at the level
  • Work closely with Management to ensure that policies, programs and processes are developed, implemented, communicated and consistently administered in compliance with organizational objectives
  • Continually seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to ensure the efficiency of learning and development activities.
  • Manage all relevant admin for training including (but not limited to) prepare monthly report and analysis, booking of venues, catering, printing of course materials, evaluation and IT set up.
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirement :
  • Degree in Any Discipline, Preferably Human Resource
  • Preferably Train the Trainer Certification
  • Certified in Profiling Assessment
