We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Leasing Manager to join our team within the F&B Retail Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and executing leasing strategies to meet our company goals. This role will manage all leasing and property management activities for the Company and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to achieve company targets within the food and beverage sector. Oversee all leasing and property management operations, including tenant agreements, landlord relations, and property maintenance. Review and negotiate lease agreements, ensuring compliance with tenancy laws and company policies. Maintain a comprehensive register of leases and intellectual property owned by the company. Take ownership of all leasing matters in the area of store development within Malaysia. Manage relationships with landlords, mall management, and tenants, handling lease renewals, inquiries, viewings, and proposal evaluations. Collaborate with the legal team to review and negotiate lease terms and conditions, ensuring timely and accurate documentation. Assist with project implementation for new outlet setups, focusing on landlord leasing correspondences. Conduct site inspections to ensure tenant compliance with lease agreements and company policies. Contribute to the development of new stores and manage related lease activities. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in retail and store leasing management, preferably within the food and beverage restaurant chain industry. Proven track record in retail leasing with strong knowledge of store leasing terms and the retail industry. Established connections with key personnel in major malls and real estate developers. Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Independent and accountable, with strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
