Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, letters, and other legal documents.
Ensure all documents meet legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
Provide clear and practical legal advice on contract-related matters.
Respond to internal legal queries with timely and accurate guidance.
Conduct in-depth legal research to support decision-making and risk mitigation.
Monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments.
Lead and support strategic departmental initiatives, including workshops, training sessions, and process improvements.
Develop, review, and implement new legal policies and frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal strategies with business objectives.
Draft and formulate responses to Letters of Demand and other pre-litigation correspondence.
Liaise with external counsel on litigation matters, ensuring effective communication, documentation, and case management.
Assist in case preparation, evidence gathering, and evaluating litigation risks.
Job Requirements:-
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from a recognized institution.
Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) or equivalent professional qualification.
Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law, contract law, employment law, and intellectual property law.
Minimum 5years of post-qualification experience in the legal field.
