Lead in identifying and investigating internal thefts and fraud in the store.
Develop and maintain documentation of loss prevention activities & security matters.
Assist with stores and warehouse stocktakes and ensure that all stocktake investigations are completed on the same day.
Conduct stores surprise audits following the QSC and ZTC checklists at least one store per day.
Brief the audit findings during exit meetings with the store manager/PIC.
Draft, finalize and share the audit findings and reports with management.
Conduct in-store surprise cash count and warehouse delivery check and handle ad-hoc requests from HQ to ensure the store is 100% compliant with the store policy.
Investigate external theft, liaise with security and police and recommend weak link improvement
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management that deemed relevant
Job Requirement :
Possess a Degree/Advanced Diploma/Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent qualification
At least 2 years of audit experience in related field
Knowledgeable in retail audits and stocktake will be added advantage
Strong planning and prioritization ability
Able to work under tight deadlines with minimal guidance
Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects
Strong analytical skill and problem-solving skill
Good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
Experience in leading a team of 6 or more will be an added advantage
Expertise in using Microsoft Excel, Words, and PowerPoint is required
Must possess own transport as the job requires extensive travel
Willing to work in HQ office located at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
