Assistant Manager ( Lotteria)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Support the Manager in daily operational oversight. Supervise, train, and motivate staff to meet performance standards. Assist in scheduling, delegation of tasks, and shift management. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management and ordering. Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Analyze operational data and assist in reporting on sales and productivity. Support with recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations. Help implement promotional campaigns and monitor effectiveness. Step in as acting manager in the absence of the Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:



Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team environment. Organizational and time-management skills. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on results. Proficiency in MS Office and/or relevant business management software.

Education & Experience:



Management, or a related field (preferred). 2+ years of relevant experience in Food & beverage industry.

Working Conditions:



Adaptable to rotating schedules Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (if applicable).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
