Role Summary

• Responsible for all operation and maintenance related activities inclusive of in-house preventive maintenance activities to Central Utilities Facility (CUF) consists of Chiller Plant, Steam Generation Plant, WWTP as well as repair/maintenance activities of external contractors and to ensure that the equipment is available and capable of meeting requirements.

• Provides technical expertise on troubleshooting failures, repairs, and evaluating equipment performance.

• Leads in the Root Cause Investigations in the event of plant interruptions and serves as the technical expert in equipment failures and repairs.

• Responsible for smooth implementation of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (Maintenance software) for all maintenance activities and inventory management.

• Assist in implementation of cost saving projects, or plant operation improvement.

• Participates in developing operation strategies and gives input to plant budgets.

• Ensure HSE requirement being carried out and implemented by respective subordinates.

Educational Qualifications

Required Education Qualification: B.Pharma

Required Experience: 1 - 5 years
