Department DetailsRole Summary1. Responsible for all operation and maintenance related activities inclusive of in-house preventive maintenance activities to Central Utilities Facility (CUF) consists of Chiller Plant, Steam Generation Plant, WWTP as well as repair/maintenance activities of external contractors and to ensure that the equipment is available and capable of meeting requirements.
2. Provides technical expertise on troubleshooting failures, repairs, and evaluating equipment performance.
3. Leads in the Root Cause Investigations in the event of plant interruptions and serves as the technical expert in equipment failures and repairs.
4. Responsible for smooth implementation of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (Maintenance software) for all maintenance activities and inventory management.
5. Assist in implementation of cost saving projects, or plant operation improvement.
6. Participates in developing operation strategies and gives input to plant budgets.
7. Ensure HSE requirement being carried out and implemented by respective subordinates.Key Responsibilities1.
