Role Summary

1. To follow the established procedures and policies of the company pertaining to EHS. Ensure all relevant EHS requirements has been considered for execution of activities
2. Responsible to get trained on Quality and safety procedures. Good manufacturing practices at workplace, Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and updating of production, quality and process related documents.
3. To involve in preparation HAZOP, aspect/impact register and reviewing the adequacy where ever applicable, To do facility fit assessment for new product introduction with associated documentation in coordination with RND and Manufacturing teams. Propose operational strategies towards ensuring the optimal utilization of the facility
4 Coordinate with operation teams for operation excellence and process improvements
5 Accomplishes department objectives by managing the team members. Establishes strategic goals by Planning and evaluating the activities with team
6 To ensure the newly introduced equipment are qualified through comprehensive strategies.
7 To lead the debottlenecking activity by identifying the potential rate limiting steps and suggest/develop innovative solutions. To evaluate and improve on processes in manufacturing systems
8 To participate in the management reviews of process performance, product quality and of the quality management system and assisting in the continual improvements programme
9 To initiate and execute the COGs reduction Projects through operational improvements
10 Responsible for preparation/review of all documents for execution of projects from URS to PQ
11 To engage with internal and external stakeholders for execution of project/modification activities

Educational Qualifications

Required Education Qualification: MA/ M.Com / M.Sc
Required Experience: 5 - 7 years
