Job Description

As an Assistant Manager, Marketing & E-Commerce, you will be responsible for driving the company's online growth across marketplaces and digital platforms. This role blends strategic e-commerce marketing, digital content creation, and multimedia production (photos & videos) to maximize brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance. You will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and content creators to execute high-impact campaigns that strengthen the brand's online presence.

Key Responsibilities:



E-Commerce & Online Marketing



Manage and optimize the company's presence across online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) to maximize sales and visibility. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, paid ads, SEO/SEM, email). Collaborate with sales and merchandising teams to align promotions, product launches, and campaigns with business goals. Analyze e-commerce performance metrics (traffic, conversion, sales) and provide insights for continuous improvement. Manage influencer/KOL collaborations to boost engagement and conversions for both online & offline campaigns.

Content Creation & Multimedia



Plan, direct, and execute photo and video shoots for products, campaigns, and promotional content. Write, script, edit, and optimize content (videos, graphics, and captions) for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Work closely with multimedia and creative teams to deliver high-quality digital assets on time. Stay updated with content trends (short-form video, reels, and livestreaming) to create engaging campaigns for target audiences.

Marketing Campaigns & Collaboration



Assist in planning and coordinating both online and offline marketing activities to support the company's brand and sales initiatives. Collaborate with external vendors, creative agencies, and marketplace partners to execute impactful campaigns. Manage campaign schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely execution and strong ROI. Support ad-hoc marketing and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements



Possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business. Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Marketing. Strong communication skills - verbal, written and analytical skills. Strong planning skills with good project management skills. Extensive experience in marketing with a proven track record to elevate branding and drive businesses forward. Knowledge of social platform landscape and best practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
