The Marketing and Events Assistant Manager supports the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen the Tan & Tan brand presence, drive property sales, and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical ability, and strong coordination across internal teams, agencies, and sales channels.


Key Responsibilities




Strategy & Research: Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and target audience profiling. Content & Branding: Oversee the development of marketing materials including brochures, videos, floor plans, and digital content. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints from sales galleries to social media. Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and outdoor channels. Maintain the online presence across the company website and property portals. Agency & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors for campaign deliverables. Liaise with digital agencies to ensure SEO/SEM alignment and quality content output. Performance Tracking: Track campaign performance through analytics tools and prepare reports with actionable insights. Events & Sales Support: Coordinate sales launches and events to drive brand and product visibility. Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and project teams to ensure accuracy in all marketing content. Administration: Manage quotations, purchase requisitions, and documentation processes.


Job Requirements




Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the property development or real estate industry. Strong knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and event management. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva/Adobe tools, and social media analytics. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and an eye for design. Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet tight deadlines. Passionate about property, lifestyle, and design. Team player with a proactive and positive attitude. Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing projects.
