Job Description

• Conduct trial and feasibility analysis on estate for Mainline Evacuation, MAIC implementation and upkeep machine implementation.
• Implementation of Main Line Bin System, MAIC and upkeep machines based on strategic target set by Company.
• Migration of Conventional Harvesting Method to Mechanized Method by Amalgamation of harvesting gang into one structured block harvesting.
• Monthly monitoring and reporting productivity and cost of all mechanized operation performance of estates into management.
• Monthly reporting on implementation progress for estate.
• Precise and effective communication on implementation and benefits, commitment and agreement at all levels.

Job requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Plantation Management/Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field with plantation knowledge in estate, include plantation operation, mechanisation and machinery maintenance is required for this position.
• Good leadership skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Independent and willingness to learn.
• Willing to relocate.
