Position Title : Assistant Manager, Modernization Sales

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM6,000 - RM8,000

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Site survey for recapture and modernization.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure MYSKUD application is done by Code & Compliance Department in timely manner.

\xc2\xb7 Obtain Costing approval up to Top management.

\xc2\xb7 Proposal submission to customer.

\xc2\xb7 Slide preparation and presentation to customer.

\xc2\xb7 Negotiation with factory and supplier to obtain best pricing for proposal submission.

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with Service Operation, Service Sales and Code & Compliance department.

\xc2\xb7 Attend meeting for tender clarification.

\xc2\xb7 Arrange for equipment delivery.

\xc2\xb7 Arrange for subcon appointment together with Purchasing Department.

\xc2\xb7 Order equipment from factory.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure installation works carried out on timely manner.

\xc2\xb7 Handover units on timely manner.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure proper filing of all correspondences.

\xc2\xb7 Reply to all correspondence during project and modernization implementation.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure JKKP inspection is carried out accordingly for modernized lifts requiring new JKKP inspection.

\xc2\xb7 17.Ensure billing and collection is done on timely manner.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure work program is submitted for all projects.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure site safety is fully adhered during project implementation.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure customer complaints were resolved promptly.

Requirement

\xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to keep accurate records.

\xc2\xb7 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and software used to maintain inventory.
