Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in B2B business; experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, automation, or labor-saving solutions is a plus.
Strong understanding of financial analysis (e.g., holding a Japanese Bookkeeping Level 3 certificate is an advantage) and marketing of financial products.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client portfolios.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical thinking with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in both Japanese and English is required.
Possession of a valid driver's license (conversion to an international or local license is required if holding a Japanese license), and willingness to travel for business trips involving overnight stays (mainly to Penang and Johor Bahru). Scopes:
Propose financing solutions and facilitate business matching opportunities for both existing and prospective clients, aiming to generate fee income and structure financing deals.
Conduct on-site visits and thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) assessments, and prepare and submit credit proposals with sound judgment to the credit department.
Manage the progress of assigned cases, ensuring timely completion while supervising and guiding junior staff.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners to support sustainable business growth.
Monitor the performance of existing clients and support collection activities as needed.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the enhancement of product offerings.
Develop and execute action plans to achieve targets in terms of revenue, profitability, and client acquisition.
