Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
Lead and motivate service and kitchen teams to achieve high-quality standards.
Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
Monitor sales, inventory, and cost control.
Manage customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
Support the Restaurant Manager in planning and executing promotions or events.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years experience in F&B or hospitality management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to handle a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Non-halal restaurant environment -- must be comfortable working in it.
