About You To provide risk management advice on a variety of topics (e.g., business, financial, legal, security, etc.), identify potential threats and develop strategies to prevent and mitigate problems. To ensure that Company\'s reputation and profitability are protected by risk management. Your-Day-to-Day To plan, design and implement an overall risk management process for the Company which involves :- -Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA). -Key Risk Indicators (KRI). -Loss Event Data (LED). To assist in performing risk assessments and risk evaluation Analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business. Comparing estimated risks with criteria established by the Company such as costs, legal requirements and environmental factors, and evaluate previous handling of risks. To assist in implementation of integrated risk management framework by establishing, communicating and facilitating the use of appropriate risk assessment methodologies, systems and processes including development of standard template and tools to assist Risk Owners in identifying and managing risks. To implement risk reporting and monitoring mechanism, including losses and incidents and key risk and control indicators. To plan, lead and undertake various Stress Test projects. To assist in undertake corporate governance involving external risk reporting to stakeholders. To assist in review business continuity plans to limit risks and prepare for if things go wrong. To assist in coordinate with Internal Audit Team to conduct audits of policy and compliance to standards, including liaison with internal and external auditors. To provide support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the Company. To perform any other duties as and when instructed by the Operational Risk Management Manager/ Head of Internal Audit. Your-Know-How Min 5 years of operation risk management working experience from financial industry or big 4. Ability to communicate effectively and articulate opinions independently. Some traveling might required. Some stress is inherent in long working hours, which may be experienced in undertaking and completing audit assignments. Ability to work independently, self-motivated while being a great team player. Strong analytical and forward-thinking skills. Professional Risk Manager (PRM) certified will be an added advantage.
